These are bricks of the Puff pastry that are under-weight for the actual 400g pack or were end pieces so could not cut a proper square. We are selling these in bulk packs, of approximately 1.1kg - 1,4 kg. Basically using a few of the underweight /misshapen brick and selling by a much cheaper weight. We will be pricing them by $1.20/100g. They will be individually frozen and then packed.
